Microsoft warns Asia of Linux lawsuits
Linux violates more than 228 patents, according to a recent report from a research group, Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer said at the company’s Asian Government Leaders Forum in Singapore
And monkeys fly outa my ass.
SCO is toast, their attempt to crash the linux party is going very poorly (their investers are suing them for misrepresenting what they actually own).
I'd use Micro$oft software on my servers... if it was
A) secure
B) secure
C) not crap

Oh... a little update: the study that he was refering to was prepared by
Open Source Risk Management. They sell insurance to people to protect them from lawsuits against open source products.
Um.... sounds like they wanna make a few bucks too.
