Aw, Happy Happy (early) Birthday, Baldy!!

I don't know if I already mentioned it here or not, but I finally have personalized plates on the way, too! Should get them in about three weeks, actually. Yay! I drive this, which is dark brown from the sides down and light brown on top (but hard to tell in this pic)...

...and have been lavishing my affection for deer upon it. I've been keeping my eye out for a couple of small deer-related stickers or figurines to scatter about the inside of it, and would like a plush deer for the rear window. Also am looking for plain white, round decals in various sizes to place along the sides of it (like I've added here, except when it's the real thing, it will be done with more care, to give it fawn spots! <3 God I'm a dork). Anyway, this is my plate:

Just thought I'd share :)

You'll need some appropriate apparel to go along :-)

Heh, I've actually been keeping my eye out for fawn-spot-print fun fur to make stuff out of. :D

No deerskin (or fur/leather in general) for me. Unless it's vintage. I do not wish to contribute to the current business of killing animals for their skin and fur, and dumping their meat because it's too riddled with toxins forced down their throats in order to make their skin look good. There are smaller companies which focus on using every element of the animal, where the critters are treated with respect, but I'm just not into fur/leather enough to do the research.

I went out with Baldy last night.

He even let me drive his mustang :-)

Compared to my Suzuki Aerio... oh hell.. there is no comparison! Mustangs are all that and a bag of chips too (when properly equiped... and Baldy's is!). Fortunately, he let me drive in the beginning... because I sure as hell couldn't do it later :-) My sister was the designated driver for the rest of the night.

We went to the Bottoms Up (no url) and had a couple 22oz Moose Drools and a number of Irish Car Bombs (mmmmmm!).

Then it was off to the Season Ticket (again... no url) and had a couple of pichers of something good (by that point... I would have drank cold piss and liked it!).

Hmmm... after looking at all the damn bars here without websites... I may have to start going to them and make some money (tradeout for the website, pay for hosting).

Though the hottie one (the brunet) is about 6 months pregnant.

And no, it wasn't me (damn it!)

So . . . If I get out hunting this year, and managed to fell a dear, you'd be interested in the hide? If it were of course, suitably tanned, softened and generally prepped? Because I don't kill for fur, I kill for food. Most folks usually just throw the skin away. er fur.
