Since we have a few people who are able to make graphics, how about we start a "photoshop this" section of the thread.
Much like what they do on Fark... you start with an stock image, then people do with it as they please and post the results (and yes... you can modify someone elses image).
Of course, not everyone is a graphic artist, so no slamming allowed (everyone would be encouraged to play).

Why not? I wager I could even do damage with Fireworks.

I just got myself a copy of photoshop 3 weeks ago and am stuggling with it as we speak, so this is very good

I mainly got it to build a new template for my website. Currently, I need to download one someone else has made. Templates for Mambo sites are pics sliced and diced with php code inserted. Although I really like the template I have now, I would like it to be an original one day 
Been using this tutorial to try to build a new template, simply because it takes you kinda through learning photoshop as well
