Here is my new pet Snippy:
The li'l foundling's been hanging out on my deck since yesterday.

Is that too big? I wrote my text on a separate layer, did a raised emboss, converted to alpha channel and then inverted the colors. I flattened the whole mess together and voila!
The original was at 1600x1200 @ highest quality (my digicam is only 2 Megapixel) and it only cuts in jpegs (I hate the artifacts jpegs introduce).

*shudder*

Locked in a room with you, 2 tigers and a gun with 2 bullets, I'd shoot you twice.

Snippy left us this evening after staying for lunch. It wasn't going to catch anything on my back deck, so I gave it a goodie or two.
Watched it cross my fence, climb to the top of a shrub, and up, up and away!
I'll miss the little critter

It's the classic story.
Boy finds bug, falls in love with bug, bug leaves him, boy cries.
