The Snow God was angry last night.
We woke up to 8" at my place... a full foot a little further north.
My favorite part of the first real snow of the year is the commute to work. Morons who didn't think to put the correct tires on their cars seem to have problems with the concept of speed vs. traction. It's wildly entertaining to watch (if not somewhat frightening to be in such close proximity to them).
Heh... the insurance companies will be busy today.

yeah, it took me almost an hour and a half to drop the kid off at daycare and get to work. I normally do it in about 35-40 minutes. Can't wait until tonight when all the melted snow on the roads freezes.
Ooo, that's gonna leave a mark.

It finally snowed a little more here last night. It's been too cold for snowing with the temperature barely hitting 10 degrees for a couple days.

And that, my friends, is why I don't live in Alaska.
Then again, I don't exactly live in Tucson either.

It's been snowing all day at my house, but there is barely an inch of new stuff on the ground. I live at the bottom of the mountains, so closer in town would have much less snow. It's pretty rare to get a huge dump of snow, it's more just constant little bits that add up. Until global warming, now - who the fuck knows?

Fuck! It's doing it again!!!
The forcast is calling for snow all week. Current conditions: burried under a mountain of white shit with much more on the way.

We got a bunch of snow this weekend. There is a good foot of it here at work. Of course they haven't plowed our parking lot yet, so you are parked where you car got stuck!

And it's still coming down like all hell!
