I've already got high cholesteral levels, that diet would kill me for sure.
I was lucky enough to inherit it from my dad.

What they need is a beer, pork rinds, and cigarette diet.

I'd be all over that.

Beer, chocolate and pizza diet. That would be perfect for me.

Actually the diet doesn't allow bacon 24-7. It doesn't allow non-stop egg yolks either. Most people don't follow it properly and this is on par with that fatass who tried to sue mcdonald's for his being a fatass. It would help if most people would use some common fucking sense.

My cholesterol's dropped by 10 points in the last six months and that's the low end of the changes I've seen over the past four years. I'm not the exception either.

I'm on the coffee & cigarettes diet all day until the witching hour, at which point I stuff myself.

It's valid, really!

Not that I went on this- this is just my natural cycle that happens to coincide with this other thing lol

You on the diet then? I'm trying to cut out fat but it's tough. I'd be interested in looking into the diet if I knew more of the benefits. Didn't know it would help with the cholesterol level. Good to know.
