well that sorta goes against what morals are. since morals are the ability to differenciate between good/evil right/wrong. some people would argue that it's instilled by the upbringing, others would say we're born with a moral compass.

no they're not evil. they're stupid. and being evil has nothing to do with morals. every human being (that's no insane) KNOWS what is right and wrong. an evil person just chooses to do wrong.
