I celebrated a couple of nights ago, by going to see KMFDM in Lawrence, KS (home of KU). I ended up on the front row and got one hell of a concert. I ended up with four of the six band members either standing on top of me or actually interacting with me. I was singing with Lucia, their female singer, through most of the concert and she would reguarly sing right to me, with lots of sexy eye contact. At one point she sort of shoved her crotch in my face. My friend Sarahh says to me, "Wow, she likes you." Must have, because during the last encore, Lucia comes over and is shaking people's hands, she takes mine and hangs onto it. Then she bends down and smooches me on the cheek.

For the sake of my happy relationship (the gf stayed home), I decided to skip waiting by the busses, despite getting a great incentive. For the record, this was much better than an autograph.

Also cool was that the band posted photos on the website the next day and wouldn't you know it, I'm in a bunch of them.

A great birthday, even if celebrated a day or two early. Of course, tonight I'm spending the rest of the evening with the girlfriend. Would it be evil of me to put on some KMFDM when we go to bed?
