They put a seat in it, you could request a ride. I personally would never get into any rocket powered vehicle that I've built, built the motors for, or ride in any amateur built rocket....I'd take a ride on the shuttle in a second...

That was rather remarkable there for a few seconds. My little 5-year-old heart started beating pretty hard for just a second. To the best of my knowledge, ILM never did any rocket propulsion as practical effects. The aftermath shows why, but the takeoff was amazing.

It seems to be that way for most of the really large projects out there. They fly once and never fly again. It seems to me that about 50% have this type of flight where something goes very, very wrong...

Still, an impressive build, and an impressive attempt at flight.
