While I appreciate Olbermann's indignation, my gut is that it's not enough for us to allow history to judge this man. America used to be a country of some morals and a lot of action. Waiting for history to occur hardly sounds like action. I assert that he deserves judgment now by his electorate. At the same time, I'm pretty sure we all deserve a bit of judgment for allowing our representative democracy to degrade to such a point that this despot could attain any semblance of the power he has.
