It seemed to get squirrely soon after take-off... how high would its projected flight be?

It should have gone about 11,500 ft...but didn't.
The motor casing burned through the side...the "fincan" of the rocket is a loss, but the rest is OK.
This rocket had 4 previous flights.
First flight - ~7000 ft
Second Flight ~14600 ft
Third flight ~13300 ft
Forth flight ~10400 ft
This flight - 262 ft...
