Billy Lane... moped unfriendly!

Apparently, chopper builder Billy Lane hates him some mopeds.

Well, I don't know if he really hates them, but he sure did a number on someone riding one (yes, there was a fataliy).

If he had any alcohol in his blood he's going to prison especially since he tried to pass on double yellow lines.

My wife and I were having that discussion earlier (both miftah and rocketdork's points).

About the only thing that will save him would be if the moped wasn't rated for the minimum speed of the road it was on.

Billy's probobly fucked though.

Of course, he'll probobly be treated well if he goes to prision. He is a world famous motorcycle builder after all (and prisioners like motorcycles). Probobly not much chance of having an afternoon of unwanted ass spunking via the other inmates in his future.

Oh I don't know, prisoners also like celebrities. Course Billy looks like he's been around the block a bit and may be able to take care of himself.

And in the report, it did say the moped was street legal, so I think that argument may be out the window for him. Guess he won't be doing any more Discovery specials soon. Dumbass.
