Saparmurat Atayevich Niyazov ruler of Turkmenistan since 1985.

He changed the name of bread to his mothers name (are you getting this Sigmund Freud)

I heard that it is the law that his face be on all dairy product containers.

One of his major projects is to build a palace of ice in the capital city of Ashgabat (90% of the country is covered by the Karakum Desert)

It is pretty funny to think about all the things he has done while he has been in charge, although probably not to to the people of Turkmenistan.

This guy makes Kim Jong Il look like a pussy cat.

Actually... the wikipedia article was quite interesting. I guess I shouldn't bitch to much about the country I live in (except for the fact that it's my right, and I should exercise my rights... it's the American thing to do!).

You ABSOLUTELY should.

God forbid China ever rethink its stance on consumerism.
