If you do a search for those networks, they show up on a LOT of forums.

But they don't tracert for a damn. Most spiders do, so this makes me wonder WTF was going on.

Edit: I found out who owns the IP range. It's a hosting company in Canada.

So... I'll jot them a note and ask them why I was getting gang raped from their network (giving them, of course, the IP addresses and times). There were more, but it started to drop when I took the screen cap.
