They did something similar on Mythbusters.
Apparently, there was a taxi cab in Brazil that got that treatment. They were attempting to re-create it (but they couldn’t get their hands on an actual 747... so they used a truck with a jet engine strapped to it).
As I recall... it didn't work. Apparently, when you get 4 of these bad boys and have the car back where it's at more of a focal point... hilarity ensues!
