This one actuall isn't a "reality" show at all. Its all fake.

At least the people on the show don't know.
Unlike The Office (the UK show... not the crappy remake they tossed out here). There, everyone thought it was a reality show.
Of course, it was totally scripted and staffed with actors... but still... it was OMG TEH FUNNEH!!!

Lady J and I are split down the middle on the US version of "The Office". She hates the hell out of it but watches it because nothing else is on and I am starting to like it as I watch more of it. I try to tell her the point of it is to be lame and that is where the humor is.

It's easy to point at the US Office and think that it is a rip off.
The pilot was an almost direct lift of the UK script. The rest of the show has been consistantly funny.
The last 10 seconds of the Christmas party episode are some of the funniest seconds in television...ever.

I honestly haven't seen any of the US version. I have, however, seen most of the BBC series. So I guess I'm talking out of my ass when I slam it.
