The caption on this image was:
"Soldiers detain a protester after a violent demonstration Aug. 26 at the Honduran Congress building in Tegucigalpa, where an estimated 10,000 people protested a proposal to change civil services."
Apparently in the Honduran thesaurus, "detain" is synonymous with: beat the shit out of with clubs.
