Absolutely, the problem it addresses is incomplete combustion. With the addition of a little hydrogen, ALL of the gasoline in the combustion chamber is combusted at the appropriate time. Standard gasoline engines normally burn about 30% of the gasoline consumed at the appropriate time.eddiecanuck wrote:No shit, with gas prices like they are I'd take the 10% reduction. Now the article specifies diesel vehicles, being pretty much engine ignorant, would it work for non-diesel vehicles as well?

You can do the same thing in a diesel engine with propane. I little sqiurt of propane in the air-intake will boost the combustion and increase the horsepower output. The kits to do this are under $1000. The only downside is that you would be paying for Fuel and propane at fill up.
