In Emporia, the town I just moved from, there is an Exchange St. As luck has it, it runs north and south. For reasons we can only assume are related to the city fathers having an extremely rich sense of humour, South Exchange is listed on the street signs as S. Exchange. No other street is mind you. True story.

As for Bio, well I think one of the main requirements of the operations is that you have lived as a woman for so long before the operation. As we all know, rich photographic evidence exists of Bio's experimentation with cross dressing. You may be onto something here.
