Now that's just nasty

Post by bio » Mon Nov 07, 2005 8:28 am

The Brittish Heart Foundation has started a campaign to turn kids away from junk food.

How to do this? Why... show them what chicken nuggets, hamburgers, and hotdogs are made of.

Oh... friggin' tastey!

Yup... it's official... I'm not eating anything processed. Hell, for that matter, I don't want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career. I don't want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed. You know, as a career, I don't want to do that.

Apparently, I'll say anything.

Funny. Its not processed meats that necessarily causes heart disease, its the cholesterol that your body manufactures from eating saturated fats. But then, PETA wouldn't be there to supply them with shocking video, showing how they manufacture potato chips, french fries and other cheaper, processed snacks.

Which isn't to say that hotdogs and sausages and chicken nuggets aren't neccessarily steeped in saturated fats, its just that fish and chips are far more likely to kill you than a hamburger. But at this stage, if you're still eating at McDonalds, you're not very bright to begin with.

Us, we eat Kosher dogs...but we still buy the occasional burger and chicken nuggets.

I could grill my own burgers and fry my own chicken, I 'spect.

That nasty crap ALWAYS tastes good. Its god's little way of making sure we never figure out how to live forever. All the good stuff kills us.

Yeah I eat there a lot, only cause it is quick and I don't have much time to get to work after school.

Well so long as you do it every once in a while, its not bad. But be careful eating it more than a couple times a week.
