Ok. I am not the brightest crayon in the box. But if I ever get this stupid...please....end my misery. I am both laughing at the stupidity of the person, and affraid for the people's welfare at my work.
Tonight I had work. Well we had to fill the ice machine in between dinners. I asked the girl who had filled the ice machine last where she set the bucket. She then pulls a garbage bag out that she was using to clear and handed it to me. I was like "WTF?!" I told her, "You can't use a can that has just been used for garbage to fill the ice machine...go stick it by the dishwasher so it can be washed. So I get a bucket from the cook and fill up the machine. I got back there...and the bucket is sitting there. And I am not joking, there was chicken and dumpling on the side. The cook then told me she used that to fill the ice. How can people be that stupid? A plastic garbage bag will never get holes...it will keep everything sanitary. Meanwhile, if the people ask me why their water tastes like chicken and dumplings....ummm IDK. This person hasn't even gotten their heath card yet, and for some reason, I don't think they will be anytime soon....for the better. I have actually never seen this person wash their hands at work.
This just kinda struck me as funny because it was such a stupid thing to do. I don't think I know many people this stupid (brothers excluded). No wonder my work is going to the ground. Hopefully she will have to go when minimum wage goes up.
