There seem to be a number of them in Spokane labeled "Illinois Sex Offender" (which is odd, because Illinois is several states east of us).

My assumption is that I-90 runs from Chicago to Seattle. They just head west and stop here.

There also seems to be a broad variety of crimes listed here... Not all of these are sex offenders. In Emporia, one of the ones listed is in fact a guy I've met who's just happened to have gotten in a fight where the guy died. Involuntary manslaughter.

I don't know. Not quite as bad as one might think. Not great. Its better than my hometown. I knew at least three people listed there. In fact, the girl I had a crush on 6th grade... Her older bother is listed for indecent liberties with a child. This site is weird.

what?? the government is just doing it's darndest to save us from ourselves. Trying to prevent the crime from happening in the first place, doesn't matter that a crime WASN'T gonna happen.

It is literally frightening what could happen to you some day. You think your doing something completely logical and responsible and next thing you know your life is ruined.
