What is love but two people who have found themselves within one another?

I agree with Miftah. I think that the reason people look for somebody else is somebody that they can find some difference in...so things aren't always the same. You need to be able to discuss your views then have the other person constantly agree with you. Becuase what is the point of dating someone like yourself...you would know a lot about them...and wouldn't it get annoying? If you saw some flaws in them...you may have to start looking at yourself...now that would be an eye opener. Hehe.

I need to retain my own identity in a relationship, not see my reflection. I instead suggest that complimentary roles are way more effective.

Ditto to the above.
I find that the best relationships are with someone who complements you but is different enough to spark interest. If you're exactly the same in all your beliefs and views.... it's going to be a dull adventure at best.
My wife and I share some things, but hold radically different stances on others. It works for us.
