I spent many a friday afternoon having a "staff meeting" there.

Good times!

I remember when IP had a cement mixer :-)

Didn't we go there a few times back in the Adobe days? Seems like I remember the place. Just across the freeway from our exit, right?

As for the lack of popularity Cappy, I always thought that even if we weren't popular, our jobs were so much better in the Adobe section that people envied us anyway. Now Microsoft, that was a different era. One I very fortunately missed.

It's because they knew that any one of us would cut them for their wallets.

They KNEW.

Edit - Also, our action figures were more imposing.

Yeah they don't give satanists doorprizes and they don't invite them to sportsbars.

As I recall... I had a number of action figures in my cube.

Heh... the men in black creature from BK when combined with the wind up zebra that would "walk" by kicking it's back legs from... um... McDonalds? made for funny stuff. Stand the space creature behind the zebra... wind the zebra up... and it was OMG HOT HOT ALIEN ON ZEBRA ACTION! LOL!!1.

Well... it amused me greatly.

And yes... Adobe was the bomb, baby! Well... till it exploded, that is.
