Wanna Pet my Snake

Post by Painted » Sun May 15, 2005 10:58 pm

Tonight I came home from a late night of work and walk in the door to see a bunch of people in the house with three snakes. Apparently my mom let the boys keep them. Well Jayson gave me one of his. And it's name is Curly cause he likes to wrap around everything. We are thinking of naming each of them after the three stooges (sp). Anyway here our all of the snakes and I. I love snakes. The one on my right wrist is mine.

What sort are they?

Remind me of a very nasty species I know of, but these are too small and the heads are wrong.

The Death of Cleopatra

As queen of Egypt from 51 - 30 B.C., Cleopatra VII was an intelligent ruler whose fame came from her political and romantic alliances with the Roman leaders Julius Caesar and Marc Anthony. However, she is best remembered for her legendary final act. Her forces defeated in battle, Cleopatra chose to submit to the deadly bite of an asp rather than humiliation by her enemies.

I am not a herpetologist, but I think pinkies are going to be OK. If you think the snake is still hungry, feed it two...:)

Talk to the guys at the pet store, they should be pretty familiar with what size snake takes what size food. They'll have some books there too, you'll want one.

Domesticated store mice should not be...but wild mice can carry hantavirus, and that could wreck your day. Not to mention other nasty stuffs.

Dude, I was right there with you. I thought she was confessing to the snakes not being real. Of course, I was rather confused when she bought mice for them.
