have it completely wrong.
It's not software DEVELOPERS per say, it's Program Management that is
most of the problem.
Software developers are the people that have to implement the stupid
crap management tells them to. They are usually highly skilled and would
make your simpleton head spin when they start talking about memory
allocation and the differences of calling code from the stack versus
calling code from the heap.
Management on the other hand has no clue what they do, makes snap
descisions, kowtows to big customers, and sets impossible deadlines.
But hey, I don't really expect you to know anything about what you talk
about... It's kinda your modus operandi these days.
