The recent arrest of a 19-year-old driver accused of cruising down an Oregon highway at 142 miles per hour drew plenty of attention.

Washington state, for instance, with 1.7 times Oregon's population, has 2.7 times the troopers -- 658 to Oregon's 241.

I hate to say it, but the answer to this problem is a political one. I.e. - its a problem created by Bush.
And I think we all agreed to not discuss such matters.

Oh yeah, I sure love it...NOT! I kinda like it, except the fact that I am getting rides to work illegally. Basically since he hasn't had his license for 6 months we are both screwed and I saw at least 4 cops on my way down to work.
