i think he has problems with heart vavles or something so mabey thats why.
morale: don't do the bodybuilding thing if u can't keep it up. a six pack is for life, not just the weekend.

It may not look pleasant, but they guy is pushing 60! Not trying to defend him too much but you can't keep up the body forever. I can only imagine how saggy I'll be at that age.
