So, what are YOU doing today.

Me...I'm staying in bed. Not because I want to, because I have to.

I got to go back to the hospital on Satuday night because I just couldn't stand the excrutiating pain in my back any longer.

I got more pain meds and a stern lecture on resting for a few days.

So here I lie. Bleary eyed (pain meds) and bored (i'm in bed) on a Monday morning when I should be at work.

I can relate.

Daytime TV is far more interesting if you turn the volume all the way down, pop a couple vicodin, and make up your own story every time they move their lips on the tube.

That dang "Suprise By Design" show is down-right raunchy! Well... it was when I watched it.

Just remember: If you feel the overwhelming urge to "tell it like it is"... don’t do it.

Painkillers and career making decision are mutually exclusive.

hehe...

since i normally tell it like it is anyway, I wasn't too worried about that aspect. I was more concerned with falling asleep while talking!

My OWA just died so I think I may need to ditch the whole stay in bed thing and go in anyway. I'm giving it half an hour to come back up.

OWA is the greatest thing since sliced bread... when it works. It's a big ol' sinky pile of poo when it doesn't.

And speaking of stinky piles of poo...

I only got 2 hours of sleep last night. One of my dogs, Chloe, likes to lie on the floor next to me at night. I have no idea wtf she's been eating, but she's become a methane factory.

It's hard to sleep to the sonic crack of a dogs nocturnal release two feet from your nose. Hot dog butt... *gag*... it's memorable (and just pain soap won't remove it from your skin).

ROFL! Sorry you didn't get much sleep. I am not laughing at that, just the fact of why you were awake. What did you feed the dog? Hopefully nothing with cheese. LOL. Were you on the couch? Cause then I could understand how the dog could be pretty close to your face.

Stinky stinky!

LOL. I don't let the dog sleep in my room anymore cause all you can hear is him licking or him chewing on his feet.
