I've got 4 cigarettes left. Where they're gone, I'm finished. That's right, you heard me...
I QUIT!
In other news, I'm pretty sure I scanned every piece of paper in the world into my PC today at work.
I also scanned my hand.

I had my first smoke when I was 12, at the same time I had my first beer
I started smoking for "real" when I was 18 so I've been smoking for 11 years.

Congradulations. I have been trying to get my mom to quit for a long time. Not happening.

Good luck!!!
The last time I tried I focused mainly on my breath. It really seemed to work good only life threw way to many curve balls at me at one time and now it is 3 years later.

So how has it gone so far? Is it terribly hard? I almost smoked a cigarette when drunk once but someone took it away. I think I'm kinda glad.

I would not put one of those things even close to my mouth. I have asthma as it is, so I choose not to, but even if I didn't, I don't want my breath to smell like and ashtray along with my clothes.
