When I was young and they asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always answered "Canadian"

Honestly.

We were adding some mapping functionality to one of our products and it was to support Canada as well as the U.S. Not only did one of the developers spell Manitoba wrong (and forgot to add Alberta completely), but when mentioning it to them, a different developer said "what's a Manitoba?"

As for the jab, it's expected... after all she's only a Yank. :D
Daffy developers, can't even consult a phone book - your QwestDex phonebooks have the provinces listed by name and abbreviation, and they could google a map for location. <sheesh>

I KNOW!!! The worst part is we are using the MS MapPoint engine for the app so all they had to do was run MapPoint to see what states/provinces were supported

Oh well, good thing my job is to test this stuff before it goes out.
