Are you referring to the Aussie lobster, or the Maine?

I agree, freezing seafood sucks. That's probably why I don't much like Australian lobster. But you know, sometimes it's all they have, and I have a strong hankerin'.

Oh, and I -only- do -fresh- Maine lobster.
