I'm going to stick with the red for a while. My wife likes it, I like it, and I could give a rat's ass what anyone else thinks (though if I hear "Look at his hair!! It's RED!!" one more fucking time... I'm gonna hit someone).

Ya know, you walk around looking like cotton candy is stuck to your melon, and you're going to get a response.

Here is a bed, bio made it, he sleeps there now.

Absolutely... do something bizzare and you'll get a reaction.

But it does get old.

I do enjoy my current reply when people ask "How'd you make your hair so red?".

My hair was vivid purple when Jc and I visited his family in Georgia & South Carolina a couple years ago. You wouldn't believe the stupid questions people asked there. "Are you from hollywood?" WTF? It's been all colours of the rainbow, but in Anchorage people live and let live on the street.

If I lived in Seattle, there'd be no questions asked.

But I live in Spokane, a two mule, olive pit of a town. Here, everyone dresses conservatively, drives like they've been pithed, and hates anyone who bucks the system.

The only reason I stay is the cost of living. Houses are cheap and I can make a good wage here. I would make double in Seattle... but pay tripple for a house.

I would rather live in Seattle, no doubt in my mind. I'm a big city girl. Anchorage is the smallest I could ever handle. If we could afford frequent visits back here, we'd still live in San Francisco.

bumpity, bumpity, bump.

Actually... I'm cutting the red out tonight. It has once again degraded to that ever-so-lovely safety cone orange (damn red molecule... to big to adhere to the shaft of human hair properly).

Now I have options:
  • Leave it natural (not really an option)
Bleach it blonde (a likely canidate)
Dye it red or some other "natural" color again (been there, done that)
Shave it clean (also a possibility)
Yeah... I know, earth shaking news about my head covering choices make all the girls swoon (OMG!! HAIR UPDATE!!). Perhaps I am a stupendous faggot after all (*sniff* I miss my baboo!)

Bleach blond is passe (no, I don't know how to get the little accent mark above the "e"). Natural looking is very hot right now, and closely cropped hair or shaved clean is also very hot right now. I'd say shave it clean, or very short in a natural shade. You can still have rich colour without being unnatural. One girl's opinion.

I agree totally.

But it really is up to my wife. That which she prefers is what will be.

Not because I have no say, but rather, anything that makes her think I'm hot works for me.
