Now there's an alternative to steaming along on road rage. Law enforcement officers in Arizona and Washington state are asking the public to head to the Web and report reckless drivers online.

I checked out this story and found it to be true.

I thought cops had to WITNESS any traffic violation to take action.

Oh, but see, this is way better. Instead of taking my -hand- off the wheel to make a phone call on my cell phone, I can take -both- hands off the wheel to type in a message on my laptop. This should be way easier than fumbling with a phone.

Give me a freakin' break.

Of course, you could do the thing the rest of us do and just remove ONE FINGER from the wheel.

I work in Bellevue, headquarters for T-Mobile. Most of the drivers over here are browsing the web on their new SideKick II's anyway.
