No doubt!

Heh... of course, at SSI, just because you put someone on hold didn't mean they couldn't hear you (there were a number of incicents where a caller was placed on hold but could still hear the technician talking over the musac... sometimes with disasterous results when the tech discussed the caller with another tech).

So instead of giving your credit card details to -one- person on the other end of the phone, you could be giving them to any number of people.
