Zippo Sued for Failing to Warn That Its Products Aren't iPod

An Indiana man has brought suit against the venerable maker of cigarette lighters, the Zippo Manufacturing Company, for failing to append labels warning that Zippo's palm-sized products cannot play digital music "and are, in fact, dangerous when operated in close proximity to the ear canal."
