While dragging boxes out of the closet, I like to "go thru" them to see what crap I can toss, and what I cant live without. Back in 1987 I graduated from HS, and like a lot of idiots, I kept a scrapbook filled with all the "congrat" cards I had received. For some bizarre reason, I was compelled to flip thru it, and low and behold.... Often times, you get the money cards....you know, where people write a nice sentiment, and put an even nicer sentiment on the inside. I was explaining to my foreign spouse how this works, and holy hannah! I found a genuine $2.00 bill!!! All crisp and new it was! I feel rich!
Pretty cool, eh?
*needless to say, I tossed the scrapbook*
we like finding things!

I had kept two shoeboxes full of crap from school myself... old notes, birthday cards, school papers, ect. I tossed them less than three years after I was out of school though lol. The only thing I kept was my yearbooks.
