It gives me something to be more afraid of than the RIAA (1,000 makes you a "major offender"? I must be an "evil overlord")

Yeah... "oops".

That won't stop the RIAA from draining her mothers bank account in a "settlement".

There's also the case of a 71 year old man who was served. Apparently his grandson had used his computer to download and share mp3's.

Where does it end?

The mother was not named in the suit, just the kid. I bet they drop this one quick.
