Episode III - Once more, with spoilers.
First things first. I have come to hate reviews. When it comes to art, its possible to relate factual information about a piece without delving into one's asshole, or the equally prevalent opinions. You can say some things about it without talking down to someone, which is ultimately what all reviews devolve to.
There was once a discussion about this sword-fighting-wench/oral-sex painting you see...
Anyway.
Most everyone here who knows anything about me knows that I was waiting for Episode III like the dog that follows his boy to school. I knew it was coming and I knew its arrival would make my day. With so much hype around it, everyone on the planet wrote a review. It was hard to avoid them all, but I did make it through. You see, I knew I would love this movie, and I didn't anyone of any credential telling me what to think of it. I didn't need anyone's opinions of it.
Yes, based on some of my former platitudes, this makes me a bit of a hypocrite. I'm okay with that. And better yet, I'm about to commit the same sin. Again.
I've seen the movie four times now. I'll probably have seen it five by the end of the week. When you live and breathe a movie like this (my gf has been SOOOO understanding...especially since she doesn't like the word "Sith"), you can't help but have some feelings about it. I had some and I wrote them down.
But rather than writing criticism of it, I instead decided to put my energy into really digging into it. I don't think I arrived at anything anyone else wouldn't have, but I think I got to a good place. And I'm willing to bet you don't find many others who've hacked it up the same way I have. So anyway, if you care, here it is. My review of Revenge of the Sith.
PS: I welcome feedback and discussion about what I've written, but I'd really rather people put their own reviews of the movie into another thread, if they are so compelled, since I'm trying to avoid critical reviews. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Welcome back!
Locked in a room with you, 2 tigers and a gun with 2 bullets, I'd shoot you twice.
