Math is hard!

Things you can do when you're bored.

1. Grab a calculator or start one on your computer. (you won't be able to do this one in your head)
2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area
code)
3. Multiply by 80
4. Add 1
5. Multiply by 250
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
8. Subtract 250
9. Divide number by 2

Do you recognize the answer?

That's bizzare, if I use a scientific calculator (windows or handheld) I get 51391, if I switch the windows calc to standard, I get the "right" answer.

So either use a standard calculator, or hit "=" after each math operation. Apparently math is hard.

Your calculator might be set into a different mode. Hit mode and you should see a list. Pick until it works. LOL.
And if it is something like a Ti-30 you have to push enter because it does not do order of operations on it's own.
