ROFL!!
It's possible that we could be related.
A few years ago, my mother was visiting from out of town. I was watching the news and saw that there was a shortage of O+ blood (and the blood bank was calling for donations).
As I'm O+, I said "I should go down and donate".
My mother, a registered nurse who is quite aware of RH factors, said "No... they want O+, you're O-". I assured her that I was indeed O+, and that my medical records would fully back me up on that (I was pre-med in college... I did the damn test myself so many times I could do it in my sleep).
She then told me that it was impossible that I was O+, because both she and my father were O- (it is a fact that two O-'s can't make a positive).
At that point I just looked at her, smiled, and asked "Ok then... who's my dad?".
She claims to this day that the conversation never happened.
