This little gem in Seattle can be yours!
Funny, it doesn't mention the square footage.

Rofl... 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, probobly was used for the manufacture of meth and was seized under the Rico Act.
All this can be yours for the low, low price of $249,950. (that's $1,499 for the loan only on a 30 year fixed 6% loan... you'll pay more for insurance, taxes, etc).
EDIT - I just read the url.... it was a meth house. Toxic city!!

but they cleaned it up!
I still find it interesting that everthing from the foundation up needs to be fixed, NOTHING works...not even the heat.
Just gives me one MORE reason to stay in Spokane

Yeah, a quarter mil for a MAJOR (but "certified clean") fixer-upper...RIGHT!
My side of the family wants us to move back to the Puget Sound area...No disrespect to them, but I am going to have to come into a small fortune and a good Prozac prescription (or at least Divine intervention) to move there.
Nuts!
Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.

We talk about heading west from time to time.
My wife's company is HQ'd in Seattle and I'm sure I could get a job there pretty quickly.
The only real thing that's stopping us is the number of people who live there. Too many damn people.
