- 3 computers went TU
- 8 new techs (two with appropriate experience)
- phone routing gone horribly awry
- one queue when there was supposed to be three

and i ran out of smokes at about 3.....

I was gonna type it all up, but decided it didn't matter.

I still have a job... and I kicked much ass today. I designed and implemented two databases today (one MS SQL 2000, one Oracle 9i), got a motherload of coldfusion coded up, and staged two servers (HP Proliant DL360 G3's... noisy but spiffy).

Sounds like mudflap works in a call center *shudder*
