I hate them.

There are a few rival cell phone companies up here, and many local land line providers. GCI is both (along with cable and internet) the company I work for is just a little old cell phone company. For some odd reason, about 20 techs with GCI have our phones instead of GCI phones (wtf?) if this conflict of intrests weren't bad enough, a full 75% of these guys are complete dickheads. We've had nothing but problems with them. They come in to pay bills and argue about the rates and act snide to the sale persons trying to help them. It pisses me off, I actually witnessed a guy get on his phone (right in front of the poor girl trying to help him) and talk shit about her to another GCI guy.

So today this GCI guy comes in with his phone and says the battery isn't charging up all the way. I ask him how long he's charging it. He says 3 hours. I say that's probably not enough, charge it eight. He says the phone says the battery is full, yet when he takes it off the charger it is almost dead. He's had the phone five days. I say okay, sounds like you got a bum battery, I'd give you another battery but we don't have any right now. Let me just get you another phone. He gives me shit "waa waa I'll have to program all my numbers all over again." I'm like, DUDE you're getting a free phone, STFU. Arrg, I hate people.
