They're making a big deal over the color bit.

I think it makes it look like food stamps (or Canadian currency, which has about the same value)

They should put Hello Kitty on money in Japan. Just in case, so all the little girls and tourists know what they're supposed to spend it on. In fact, they should do that everywhere. Bills with pictures of food. Pictures of rental leases. Pictures of shoes...

I've seen personalized credit cards where you can put just about whatever you want on them, but I think you have to be some kind of star user, with EXCELLENT credit or something...

I checked it out. You can get a billion kinds of cards from Bank One, but no Hello Kitty. I called and asked them. hehehe. I am a big dork.

REALLY?! I'm shocked, utterly SHOCKED. It seems like it would be a big seller to one of their target spenders (college girls). Hell, if it was available, even I would look into it, and I've never fallen to credit card temptation.
