Slow day on the BRHF

Been pretty busy, trying to make my PM look like a God. Sure, it pisses me off, but hey, it does keep me busy. Besides, I figure he only needs a few more feet of rope.

Any resemblence to people living or dead is purely on purpose.

Hah! Yea, like "all day" is all of about an hour.

Truth be told, the first time was for a meeting about tool changes to a new product. The second was a courtesy call for vendors. Between those, I think my arse was on fire, the way I was running around. Much hacking and slashing hardware, measuring, data capture and report generation.

I feel so used.

Oh yea, and the fecal matter always hits the reciprocating oscillator AFTER the sexual intellectual leaves on vacation. . . -after- they get a whole lot of stuff in the pipeline just before leaving.

Ya gotta love it.

Been trying to knock down processor utilization on our primary database system. Just bought that darned thing and dev has added enough "features" to run it up to 100% processor.

Got it down to 40% stable by fixing some screwey code (again with the developers!) Lookin to knock it down to 20% by early next week.

You're gonna have to explain "sexual intellectual" I didn't get it
