This weekend we fired up the HD-DVD player for Bourne Supremacy on Saturday and then Ultimatum on Sunday. I understand why people are so nuts about these films, but I felt like the character development of Bourne took a negative trajectory in the third film. I felt like I learned more about the antagonists than I did Bourne and that was with his origin story as the climax! If they indeed do a fourth, they really need to flesh his character out a little more. And beef up Julia Stiles' role, too. Her time on screen portended more backstory, but the most she was given to do was scream in the typical damsel-in-distress style. She's capable of more than that.

Shit happens. Lol. I kinda like that movie. Although you are right, it was more "Hey look, it's not the main character for most of the movie -- Look Bourne is kickin some dude's ass again!"
