FLUX!

A lot of people are bitching about the lack of non-stop carnage, but this looks cool. I loved the series (less so the Liquid TV shorts). The intrigue and batshit wierdo plots and the detached, sardonic tone all seem to have survived. But if you wanted to see an anorexic girl jump around shooting a machine gun in a g-string, I suggest you look elsewhere. I never understood the people who watched for those purposes because its such a meathead response to a show that was really very richly written and designed.

And if turns out crap, I just hope MTV sees fit to re-release the DVDs of the old series at least. I'd be happy with that as a salvo.

I was never a big fan of the animated series (I wasn't wild about liquid televison at all, so I really never watched it), but this looks interesting.

I liked Liquid TV but never knew this was also a series (haven't had cable in many years). The preview looks pretty good.

Wait, in the series didn't she die in every ending or was that the shorts? :?

My mind seems more like that of The HAL 2000 during the shutdown phase

This was actually one of my favorite shows for quite sometime...I'd love to have it on DVD.

With a major movie release your wish may be closer than you think

Just got back from Best Buy. They have an exclusive, bonus CD of music from the show included in their box set.
