Reflections are easy.... just take the same image you want to reflect, flip it hoizontally, and lower the opacity. You can also run filters on it to make it a little wavy if there's wind in your world.

Thanks, almost took the shadow out, I couldn't get it to look quite the way the guy's shadow does. I did try and blur the plane to match the pic though. Like I said, it was a quick try. We'll see if anything else comes to mind.
