Permissions were borked

I saw that zzottt was able to post to admins only (that should have been impossible) and I discovered that the permissions for the WHOLE DAMN BOARD were borked up. Even guests were able to see everything (ugh). I blame Gooch, because... well... he's the Gooch, that's his role.

All fixed now... (I think)... sorry zzottt

I've done more mucking about with this board in the last month than I have in the last decade+. I haven't written a line of code in the last decade and it's rather pleasing to know that I still remember some a few things and have the ability to look up what I forgot.

This really makes me happy
